Allow me to introduce myself and my company

I am Andreas, an international level Cordon Bleu Chef for over 20 years. I have extensive experience in the catering, hospitality and entertainment industries.

Born in Northern Italy, where my parents owned a Hotel, Restaurant and a Farm, some say that I was born and bred into this field. As an Italian, I say that food is an art that needs to be prepared every time as a master piece.

Therefore, we confidently can say that my company offers a complete catering service and excellent customer service. At Faust’s the motto is still ‘The customer is always right'.

I studied cookery in Bolzano (Italy), so my style has a distinct Mediterranean influence (when appropriate). Home cooking - like mama used to make - from a bijoux, intimate dinner for two at home, all the way to a celebrity banquet in a Palace, Castle or Château.
